Baseline resurfaced the student recreational courts on UT's campus with a new orange and grey color scheme. Work at the Tom Black Track included the construction of redesigned field events. Baseline installed four triple jump/long jump events with sand catchers integrated into the jump pits, three pole vault boxes, a new steeplechase event, two shot put sectors with walls, and a discus/hammer event with a safety netting cage system.
